Dedicated to the friends I made online as a result of penning the mad misadventures of Danny and his beloved partner Jack, but most especially for Kat whom I had the pleasure of meeting in real life. Also for Maryann who sadly passed away after a long illness and for Chris whose life was cruelly cut short in November 2008. I think she would have got a kick out of seeing the D/J stories completed.
